You can register online as a
- Symposium attendee
at one of three sliding scale
levels (meals included)
- Guest to get
tickets to the Symposium meals
You can register by U.S. post by mailing
a registration request detailing your
order according to the registration
levels and tours cost schedules below.
Additionally, we have arranged for two
highly recommended optional Energy / Environmental
tours that registrants and guests
all can participate in but separate
registration is required.

- A shopping

buttons in the panels above.
- Pick an Item,
add your Name(s) and Special Needs in the
appropriate fields, and click Add to Cart.
- You will be
taken to the shopping cart where you can
adjust the quantity, update the cart,
remove items, continue shopping, check out, or cancel
out out of PayPal (note the
link at the bottom of the shopping
cart page "Cancel
and return to Iowa Physicians for Social
Responsibility") and return to
the registration page.
- Selections
you have made remain in your shopping
cart, even if you leave the site, and you
can return later (from the same computer,
using the same browser (you will
lose your pending shopping cart
selections if you clear your browser
history and will have to re-add items to
the cart) to complete your
registration and check out to
compete your registration.
Registration
Deadlines
- Register
by September 2, 2011 in order to
guarantee a seat at conference meals
(Saturday & Sunday breakfast, Friday
dinner and Saturday lunch).
- Registration at the door will be
accepted but at the meals cannot be
guaranteed.
Registration fees will be partially refunded
according to our Cancellation Policy:
- 95% of the registration will be refunded if
cancellation is before August 15, 2011.
- 50% of the registration will be refunded if
cancellation is before September 2, 2011
- No refunds for cancellations after September
2, 2011 as food orders will have been locked
in.
